Mr. Vijaya Kumar Rangasamy is an assistant professor with 10+ years of experience in the Design thinking-based Teaching and Research domain. He is running his own startup name as ElectricTronics his campus for developing automation products and doing consultancy work for industry in and around Tamilnadu. He is doing Research in Electric vehicles technology and Hybrid Vehicles. published more than 25 research papers in international journals and also presented in seminars. He received the best entrepreneurship coordinator award, Young Start up award and Best Innovator award from premium bodies. He delivered more seminars and conducted workshops with students, researchers and industry people regarding technology and creativity. Also, he is a motivational speaker to schools, colleges and industry personals . He not only invests his hard work in creating engineers; instead, he plays a key role as Co-ordinator in the SNSCT-Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell to insist on the importance of entrepreneurship in their own career paths. Also, he really wanted great ideas to be a hit and wished to support student ideas by being a great startup mentor. Being a Chief Co-ordinator in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Cell, he is involved with EDII-TN (Tamilnadu Entrepreneurship Development Institute) in co-ordinating and evaluating around 200 school student ideas, nearly 1500 ideas and guiding them on their projects on behalf of SIDP 1.0 and SIDP 2.0 (Student Innovation Development Project). In SIDP 1.0 his guided team was runner-up and SIDP 2.0 he was District coordinator for Nilgiri district. He was not only involved in innovating ideas for technology; instead, as a founder of Random Act of Kindness Club, they donated 10,000 seed balls to students and staff members in order to promote the community as a green world. He also had 10+ design patents and 6+ product patents were published based on his own automation innovations. Now, apart from innovations and technology, you can clearly see him being a fitness freak. Yes, he is the founder of Uruvam Fitness Zone, and he trains and supports people to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He was also Mr. Tamil Nadu three times. Also, a nutritionist designs the food based on their work and body nature.
